"IT WORKS!
"Tae
Kwon Do has been the best thing that has happened for my family. My
children have learned respect, focus, confidence and self-defense. As
far as myself I have lost about 50 pounds and I feel great. I have
been in Master Manning's Pro Team training, it has been great for me.
I have learned to deal with anger and responsibilities. Manning's staff has
made us feel like family. They care about what their clients think and
feel they thrive on their clients positive reaction."

"I
feel that Samie has improved her focus and her concentration in other areas
(school, tumbling and at home) as well as Tae Kwon Do. I also think it gives
her (as well as us) a sense of pride when she gets to the next belt level."

"Prior to starting class, my son Jon had no interest at all in any level of
physical activity. Now he is completely different, as he can't wait to
come to class. He talks all the time about having the goal of getting his
Black Belt and becoming an instructor when he is older!"

"Nicest
group of people I've ever met. Very good with all the kids.
Sara's teachers have noticed a big change in her at school. Talking
more to others, not as shy."

"Over
the past year, Michael has changed so much because of the program here.
He has been more responsible at home and at school. He is more polite
and better behaved as well. We're very happy with his progress."

"Although Tyler complains he's too tired and doesn't want to go to class,
once he gets here he's full of energy. He enjoys class and really
likes both Mr. Howk and Mr. Stucker. I also like the fact that it
keeps him physically fit. He has two cousins that are pretty chunky,
so I try to make sure he's active to avoid the same issues. Tyler now
says that when Mr. Howk gets a different job, he wants to take his place as
the instructor."

St. Patrick's School -

"We
love Shelby being involved in the Leadership Program. Her physical
fitness level has improved dramatically in a very short time. We like
Leadership because of the emphasis on the total person. Being 10 years
old I know we are approaching some challenging years. The confidence
and respect she is working on now will hopefully help during her teen years.
We also like the emphasis on competing with one's self. It's important
for her to be better each class than she was the previous class. It's
not about being better than her classmates. This really helps her self
confidence. Shelby enjoys taking Leadership roles, especially
assisting other students. Leadership, SJ Manning and Shelby Vermillion
are an unbeatable combination."
